What do I need before booking a setup?
For the Starter and Full Stack setups you need a Mac Mini (M-series recommended), an Anthropic API key (~£10/mo in usage), a Telegram account, and a Gmail address. We handle everything else remotely.
How does the remote installation work?
After purchase we contact you within 24 hours to book a setup session. We connect remotely to your Mac Mini and have everything installed, configured, and running within 2–3 hours. You'll be able to watch the whole process.
What if something breaks after setup?
The Full Stack and Bundle setups include an AI self-healing monitor that checks every 2 minutes and auto-fixes issues. For anything it can't fix, Full Stack and Bundle customers have 30-day email support.
Is there a monthly fee after setup?
No monthly platform fees. The only ongoing cost is your Anthropic API usage, which typically runs £5–15/month depending on how heavily you use the agent. You own everything outright.
How long does the Mac Mini Bundle take to arrive?
UK delivery: 2–4 business days. Europe: 4–7 days. Rest of world: 7–14 days. Every unit is fully configured, tested, insured and tracked before it leaves us. Plug it in and your agent is already running.
Can I upgrade from Starter to Full Stack later?
Yes. If you start with Starter and want to add WhatsApp automation, invoicing, and the full suite later, just get in touch and we'll arrange an upgrade session for the difference in price.
